Strive for Girls’ 2023 focus is on flag football, basketball, softball, and fitness training at public parks and Title I school, Esther Jackson Elementary.
We will continue to set aside funds for the purchase of a Strive for Girls’ van to provide transportation to our programs for our most needy families.
2023: Flag Football, Basketball, Softball, and Fitness Training
2024: Flag Football, Basketball, Softball, and Fitness Training along with a Fulton County After School Program at Esther Jackson Elementary (Title I School)
2025: Tennis, Flag Football, Basketball, Softball, and Fitness Training. Plus, expansion of after school programs in Fulton County.
Set Aside Fund:
This fund’s purpose is to allow us to provide our programs to more economically disadvantaged families. We are raising money to purchase our own shuttle bus/van(s) to be able to transport those children to and from our programs safely. We have found that transportation is the biggest barrier to participation behind costs.
